A BIT ABOUT Sian
Originally from New Zealand, I have moved to Brisbane to work more closely with my passions in life, including sport and fitness. In my younger years I spent most of my time playing netball, soccer, competing in cross country running, athletics and also dance. Since school I continued to play netball and maintained a passion for running and dance.
I came across boxing and instantly fell in love with the sport, not to mention it's benefits in strength and overall fitness. I quickly became the fittest I had ever been and found a natural ability specifically in boxing technique. I have spent the past 3 years perfecting this technique and now greatly enjoy having the opportunity to pass on my knowledge, especially to those new to the sport or other looking to reconnect with the core basics of the sport.
I am a firm believer in the use of sports to improve strength, fitness and overall well being. With boxing, not only are you working on these things but you are learning a fantastic new skill.
